On behalf of the Mississauga Reps Minor Pee Wee team I would like to thank you for sharing your expertise with us.  This is now our third season that our team has been trained by you.  First season we placed 1st, second season we placed 2nd and half way through our third season our team is sitting in second place overall. Your training has always kept our team competitive.  This is part in parcel due to your expertise in the field of hockey and your ability to teach young children.

Your gifts of being able to teach and nurture and your ability to gain respect from the boys that you train on our team is second to none.  You are always taking the time to ensure that every player understands what you are teaching and that they perform at their personal best.  I believe that this is the component that earns your respect.  The boys do not feel intimidated by what you are teaching and do not feel as though you are looking for them to perform as the last player did.  They know that you are always looking for their individual ability.  You are a great role model for our boys.

Once again, Dave, thank you very much for teaching our boys team play, respect and for being a vital part of our team development.
